When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of your successfully completed purchase(s). Most orders will ship in 2-3 days. The order processing time is in addition to your selected shipping speed.
Shipping times will depend on the carrier and shipping method you choose. Once shipped, most packages will arrive between 2 and 10 business day. You have the option to have your packages shipped via USPS or UPS. Expedited options are available.
Detailed package tracking will be given in your order confirmation email.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We are pleased to offer you discounted shipping rates. If the shipping cost you are charged turns out to be more than the actual cost for us to ship to you, then the excess amount you paid will be refunded to you.
NOTE: all orders of $75+ ship free (no code needed), at no cost to you, with a standard 3 to 10 day delivery time. Delivery time is in addition to the time it takes to process/make your order.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No. Not at this time.
What Is The Fastest Way To Ship My Order?
USPS Ground Advantage is the least expensive but SLOWEST shipping option for orders. We highly recommend you select an upgraded shipping option (ex. USPS Priority Mail) if you need to expedite your order, especially if you need it by a certain date.
NOTE: For you to receive your package in a timely manner, please ensure your shipping address is correct when you are checking out. If items are returned to us because of incorrect or insufficient address, shipping will need to be repaid by you for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be made.
