Refund policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. If the return is approved, the buyer may be responsible to pay for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, the returned item must be in its original condition~ unused, with tags, and ties. If the item is not returned in this manner, the refund may be denied.
After 14 days, the item is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at jennifer@jollyjunebug.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and let you know what your options are for us to help make it right.
If an item arrives defective or damaged, send us a message at Jennifer@jollyjunebug.com with your order number and photos showing damage.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. Non-returnable items include custom products (this includes special orders or personalized items unless the design is different from the one you approved) or seasonal items. We also cannot accept returns on e-gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. You can then return the item you have, and if the returned items are still in new condition and the return is accepted, a refund will be issued. It the returned items are not returned in new condition and without the tags and ties, the refund will be denied.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-5 or more business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
