Orders, Shipping & Returns

What shipping methods do you offer? 

Only USPS or UPS, expedited options are available too.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, not at this time.

 

Oh no!! I waited until the last minute and now need this order ASAP! Can I get it faster?

We do offer a rush service if you are in a hurry. There is an additional Rush Fee. The rush fee covers the upgrading your order to the top of the "to do" list (to get it mailed out within 2 business days) and/or upgraded shipping to overnight the package to you. Please email us at Jennifer@jollyjunebug.com if you are in need of a rushed order and we will help you with that. 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All sticker only orders ship for free, no code needed. Otherwise, there is free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

 

Can I track my order?

Of course! You will receive a tracking number for your package with your shipping confirmation email from Jolly Junebug once your order has shipped. If you can't find your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please check your promotions and other folders in your email associated with your order.

 

When will my order arrive?

Well, that depends on the shipping carrier and the shipping method you select at checkout. USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class) is the cheapest but slowest shipping method. Whatever method and carrier you select, most packages arrive in 2 to 10 days.

 

Can I change the address on the order I just placed?

Yes, as long your order has not been put into the hands of the shipping carrier yet. Please verify the address information before submitting your order to avoid any delay on your order. If you still need to change the shipping address after you placed the order, please send an email to Jennifer@jollyjunebug.com as soon as possible to make sure changes can be accepted.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at Jennifer@jollyjunebug.com to see if the order can be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped. Orders will not be cancelled due to not understanding processing and shipping times. Please note that any cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

 

Can I edit my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any edits to your order, please email us at jennifer@jollyjunebug.com as soon as possible to find out if we can accept changes to the order.

 

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?

No. Once you have paid for an order, no additions can be added to that order. You will have to place a new order for the additional items. But please email us at jennifer@jollyjunebug.com to find out if your new order may qualify for free shipping.

 

What if I want to return or exchange a product?

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please email Jennifer at jennifer@jollyjunebug.com within 15 days of purchase date to see if the product qualifies for a return or exchange. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error in the design. Only unused product in its original packaging will be considered for a return or exchange. What payment methods do you accept?

At Jolly Junebug we accept major credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. We also accept PayPal, Venmo (via PayPal), Shop Pay (a service of Shopify), Apple Pay, Facebook/Meta Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and easy checkout experience.

 

 

Product Information

How do I know if the product I want to purchase is in stock?

All products should be in stock and available to order unless otherwise noted as “sold out” on the product listing. Since most items are made to order, they may not be able to ship out the same day you order but should ship out within 2 or 3 business days.

                                       

Do you make Custom or Personalized orders?

Absolutely! We love to hear what ideas you have in mind for a custom order. After you have paid for your Custom Order, you will receive an email with a mockup of the design. This is so you can approve the design before your item is made and shipped. Custom Orders may take longer than other orders but should still be ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days of the purchase date.

 

What is polymer clay?

Polymer clay is a clay you can sculpt then bake. Even after it gets baked, it remains slightly flexible and does not easily break. It is a pliable, non-toxic medium that is completely safe around children an pets.

 

How do I know what size t-shirt to order?

All t-shirts sold are standard size unisex t-shirts. They run true to size unless otherwise noted in the item’s description.

 

Can I send you pictures of your products being worn, used, or enjoyed?

Please do! We handmake every item shipped out. We absolutely love to see our creations out in the world.

 

Do you offer Wholesale?

No. Not at this time.
